Two weeks ago, Allie Graves won the "Miss Outstanding Teen Texas" pageant, and she will be competing in the national Miss Outstanding Teen competition in Orlando from July 23 to July 25. The pageant will be held in Orlando on July 27, 2019.After watching this performance, you will easily see why the Texarkana, Texas native won both the Preliminary and Overall Talent Award and why she is the favorite of many pageant-world insiders to win the national crown — which is currently held by another Texan.
