It's time for annual physicals for school-age kids K-12.
Student who are in kindergarten to 12th grade and enrolled with the 2nd Medical Group are encouraged to come to the clinic Saturday, August 3, 2019 for physical exams from 8 am to 11:40 am.
Parents are asked to arrive with their children 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete relevant forms.
Also, bring all school-related forms that need to be signed.
If a student wears glasses, please remember to bring them so the visual exam will be accurate.
